Although our website is not based in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders, and thus have chosen to voluntarily comply with the Notice and Takedown provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us.
- A specific description of the material that was removed or disabled;
- A description of where the material was located before it was removed (preferably with URL);
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your physical address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Take Down Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Important: Abusing the DMCA notification process may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
